Pilates Intermediate Mat Workout DVD
This video is excellent. The DVD is even better than the VHS because of the 12 minute workout. It's perfect for after work. The best thing about pilates is that you feel awake and alive again after the workout rather than like you need to take a nap. Ana Caban is an excellent instructor because she allows for many stages of accomplishment in your workout. Even after you have done it 30+ times, you can still adjust your workout to be effective and feel challenged.

Quick Fix - Pilates Abs Workout DVD
Pilates focuses on strengthening the core or midsection, so a Pilates-based abdominal workout is a natural. Funk Factor Hip Hop Fat Burning Workout VHS
I've had lots of fitness videos over the years, but this is the only one I have continued to use consistently. The moves start out easy enough for someone with two left feet, but are never boring. This is the only aerobics video I've seen where the instructor teaches the moves in easy-to-learn sequences. First David Gray has you master the foot movements, then adds arm movements and finally puts the whole thing together. There are regular breaks for heart rate checks, and it is possible to do a ten to fifteen minute portion of the video only, and feel like you got a little workout before you start your busy workday.
